The most frequent call we receive pertains to a clock that doesn’t strike the appropriate number of times each hour.

NOTE: If you are not a clock professional, or familiar with the intricacies of your clock’s mechanism, we recommend calling Clock Repair Studio for professional service.

On contemporary clocks, this is typically caused by someone moving the hour hand instead of the minute hand to change the hour.

Simply move the minute hand to the number 12 on the dial to fix the problem. Keep track of the time the clock strikes. Move the hour hand to the appropriate number.  Now use the minute hand to set the correct time.

Never use force if you encounter resistance with the hands!
